We understand that scent is personal, which is why we offer a risk-free 14-Day Tester-Friendly Policy for both our 50ml Luxury Full-Size Bottles and our 10ml Travel Buddy Discovery Sets.

1. 14-Day Return & Replacement Window

Our policy is valid for exactly 14 days from the date your package is successfully delivered by our nationwide courier partners (Cash on Delivery & Advance Payment orders alike).

2. Mild Testing Allowed (Our Quality Guarantee)

We want you to confidently try your new fragrance! You are fully allowed to spray and mildly test the perfume (up to 3–5 sprays max) to evaluate the notes, projection, and longevity on your skin.

  • If you feel the scent profile does not suit your personality or preference after mild testing, you can request an exchange or return within the 14-day window.
  • Please note: Bottles that are significantly used, half-empty, or missing their original box packaging cannot be accepted for returns due to strict cosmetics hygiene standards.

3. Instant Free Replacements for Transit Damages

We offer 100% free immediate replacements with zero additional delivery charges under the following operational scenarios:

  • Damaged, cracked, or leaking bottles upon arrival.
  • Faulty or broken spray atomizers/pumps.
  • Wrong fragrance variant delivered instead of your original selection.

4. How to Claim Your Exchange or Return

To initiate a smooth return, exchange, or replacement, contact our support team via WhatsApp within the 14-day period:

  • Provide your original Order ID.
  • Share a quick photo or a 10-second video snippet of the bottle and its premium box packaging.
  • Let our team know if you would like a direct exchange with another premium variant from our Men's, Women's, or Arabian Oud collections.

5. Refunds Management

If a refund is approved by our compliance team, the final amount will be transferred securely to your provided JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account within 5 to 7 working days. For change-of-mind returns after mild testing, a standard reverse logistics shipping charge of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover courier terminal costs.
