If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and refund process across Pakistan.
Returns
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns even if the perfume has been opened and lightly used for testing purposes.
Conditions for return:
- Product must not be excessively used (only testing allowed)
- Original packaging (box & bottle) should be included
Product should not be damaged or broken
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Processing time: 3–5 working days after approval
Return Shipping
- Customer may be responsible for return shipping charges
In case of damaged or wrong product, we will cover the shipping cost
